Because our activity books are designed for use during travel and cannot be resold once used, we do not accept physical returns. However, we want families to feel great about their purchase.

If there’s an issue with your order—whether it's damage, misprint, or you’re simply not satisfied—please reach out to us at info@packabouts.com within 14 days of delivery. We’re happy to review the situation and may offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.

We do not cover return shipping or provide refunds for books that have already been completed or show signs of wear.
